President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov conducted a regular video conference with the cabinet ministers and khyakims of velayats and Ashgabat. The participants reported the Turkmen leader on the existing situation in the sectors under their supervision and the fulfilment of the Turkmen leader’s instructions.
The important aspects of social and economic development, the progress of seasonal agricultural activities and the implementation of the rural development programme and the other policy issues were considered during the video conference.
Ashgabat Khyakim Sh. Durdylyev reported on the progress in implementing the construction projects in the Turkmen capital and the measures to fulfil the urban development programme and improve the quality of transport and communications services.
The Vice Premiers reported on the work carried out in the sectors under their supervision and the fulfilment of the Turkmen leader’s instructions.
The velayat khyakims reported on the Turkmen leader’s instructions to speed up and optimize the preparations for the sowing campaign and the progress in implementing the programme of ambitious reforms.
In particular, Lebap Velayat Khyakim Ya. Yaylov reported on the work carried out in the region and the progress in implementing the construction projects and the rural development programme. The Lebap Velayat Khyakim presented the draft projects of facilities to be built in Turkmenabat to the President for consideration.
The State News Agency of Turkmenistan (TDH) reports, commenting on the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov instructed to take all necessary measures to improve the social and living conditions of citizens. After the Turkmen leader made some changes to the projects, he approved them.
Summing up the video conference and noting that the success of the progressive changes taking place throughout the country was the guarantor of the wellbeing of the country and people, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov demanded that the activities be managed effectively.
