Presidential candidate K. Abdyllaev meets with constituencies in Balkan Velayat

Head of the Marygazcykarys Department of the Turkmengaz State Concern Kakageldi Byashimovich Abdyllaev held a meeting with his constituencies in Balkan Velayat. Representatives of the enterprises and public organisations, the elders, students and journalists of the western region of the country participated in the meeting which took place at the Balkan Velayat State Drama Theatre.
The chairman of the velayat election commission opened the meeting and gave the floor to K.Abdyllaev’s authorized representative A.Amanov. He informed the meeting participants of the candidate’s biography and personal and managerial qualities. The presidential candidate, who had been [promoted from a drilling technician assistant to Head of the Marygazcykarys Department of the Turkmengaz State Concern, had earned the reputation of being an honest, competent and energetic manger.
Then the presidential candidate addressed the meeting. Presenting the key provisions of his election programme, K.Abdyllaev emphasized that independent neutral Turkmenistan has made the long glorious way and become a full member of the international community for twenty years of sovereign development. “Relying on the achievements gained in various spheres of life and solidarity, strength, vigour, diligence, creativeness and wisdom of our people and effectively using the experience in public administration, we will move forward further so as to reach the level of development countries,” said the candidate.
The presidential candidate noted that sustainable development of the basic sectors of the national economy, including the oil and gas, power, chemical and agricultural industries, the gradual transition to a market economy and encouragement of entrepreneurship and business initiative could facilitate enhancing the economic strength of the country.
The main concern for the Turkmen state will be always the improvement of the social and living conditions of citizens, including through the development of modern social and economic infrastructure throughout the country, construction of apartment houses, schools, kindergartens, health centres, cultural facilities, power lines, gas and water pipelines, roads facilities throughout the country. Goal-oriented assistance will be provided to the spheres of science, education, health care and culture.
K.Abdyllaev answered the meeting participants’ questions about the plans for social and economic development of Balkan Velayat and the country. Commenting on the candidate’s election pledges, they called for pursuing further the state policy and promoting the ambitious ongoing investment projects and programmes.
Expressing profound gratitude to the meeting participants for their attention, a presidential candidate K.Abdyllaev assured them that he would spare no efforts for the welfare and happiness of the people and the prosperity of the Motherland.
